Well…. Since you all are so eager to hear the story.

I was jumping on the trampoline one evening (I really don’ remember when, but I know it did happen!) When I saw our 100 pound black lab looking in the bushes. Now, you must know that Opie (the dog) is notorious for loving things to death. Whenever a cricket, mole, mouse or shrew ventures in to his path, it’s playtime! His ears will go up and he will start a game of Run &Pounce, known uniquely to Opie himself. When his playmate is loved to death, Opie will lay down beside it and try to revive it with puppy kisses.

To get back to the story, Opie started playfully pawing the bushes. At this I heroically got of the trampoline, attempted to pull him away from the nest of cute little bunnies and screamed. At this, everyone came running and we were able to keep Opie away from his new found playmates until they were at least old enough to run for their lives. So, there it is. My heroic deed for the day ah… or maybe the year or maybe even the rest of my life. You never know!

Anyway I will be leaving for Leadership camp Saturday and not returning until the 24th. So, if y’all could pray for me not to brake anything (toe, camera, my campers arm or my back), that would be very much appreciated

Here is opie, the friendly bad guy(and Colts fan)

Is't he cute!

Two months later...

Wow, after neglecting both my e-mail and xanga for almost two months, I'm finally back! Since then I have graduated, had an open house ( I'm on thank you note #46 now, with 10 more to go), turned 18 and saved 5 little bunny's lives.

Sound interesting? Tune in next time I get around to updating...

I have sit-ups to do (ugh!

I'm back!

Last night I got back from the home school high school group overnight trip to Cincinnati. It was a LOT of fun. On the drive up there I road with Karin, Shawna, Mariah, Audrey and her mom. We had a ton of fun letting the wind blow through our hair, trying to get trucks to honk and people to wave.

Upon arrival at the Freedom Center ( it was all about the underground railroad ect.),  we ( me and the rest of the people that held everyone up by reading all the displays) had a very educational experience. It wasn't very up-lifting, but it was inspiring to hear about how Christians in the past have been so brave in standing up for what is right.

That evening, we boarded a boat ( ship, barge or what ever it was, hey I'm just happy that it floated) for dinner. Our group had it all to our selves and enjoyed every minute of it.  When it got dark, the lights of Cincinnati reflecting off the water were awesome! The Reds were playing and we could see the score board, that was cool.

After a restful night (Ha ha), we went to the Museum Center of Cincinnati. Off to a German town and an international market, at the market we all bought stuff from different countries and sampled them. That was interesting. Watch Full House on the way home and I really need to go to bed now.

Happy Birthday Annie, Tori, Mrs. Filbey, Michael, Ginny, Gregory and Sara!

Here is Sara and a little car from the 50's at the BMW museum. is

Sara, my little sis is now 15! We ALL had a great time on her B-day. The day started out with really cool bagels from Panara, then we headed of to the Indiana State Museum for for tea at the LS Ayres Tea Room. We were being so slow and dainty, but on looking at our watches we found that we only had 2 minutes to get to the 3-D Under the Sea thing at the Imax.

So we ended up running down the stairs in high heels ( Wow, Tori is right. What pain we go through...) We made it with only one advertisement to go before the show started. It was so cool! Because it was 3-D, it looked like the little jelly fish were swimming right next to you. We were just starting to become friends when a big jelly fish ate them all ( Who knew that this movie would be so emotional traumatic?).

After the movie we walked on the canal, again in high heels. It was beautiful and sunny, everyone was out and having a great time enjoying themselves. Back home for Sara's favorite meal, cake ( which I had beautifully decorated, of course) and ice cream.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....................

Sorry, I just had to let it out. I was stuck for 4 hours this morning in a room with 20 other teens and we weren't allowed to talk! ( This was very difficult for me) And figure out many, many, many questions about both boring and very interesting subjects of which I am not allowed to tell by e-mail or text message or cell phone or..... (If you don't understand, you will after you take the SAT) Like I can remember! But the dreaded SAT is finally over.

Ok, it really wasn't that bad, but it did take away most of my Saturday. The worst part was after I had finished my essay,(Of which I am not allowed to tell the subject of by e-mail or text message or...) I thought of a great ending for it. Just as I had erased my old ending... the time ended!  So now it ends by saying "...and this will be."  Great ending, huh!

Oh Well, maybe the grader people won't notice...
